I cannot buy a Gold subscription
In this case, first check if you have managed to buy the subscription or not. If you do not have a receipt from the store, this might be because the store or maybe the bank have cancelled the payment. If that is the case, you can do the following:
- Reset the credit card linked to the store. You can modify the data in the store account settings.
- Change the credit card linked to the store. You can add a new card in the store account settings.
- Pay with PayPal. You can link a PayPal account to buy a GOLD subscription.
I have paid several times
If this is the case, make sure of it by checking it in the store or the bank app and contact with us immediately.
